Roar Republic hopes you love your items and that your happy with them. We have a returns policy in place if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase. Roar Republic offers return for exchange and full refund.
Conditions for Returns/Exchange/Refunds
For any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase, please simply returned it to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are happy to provide an exchange, credit or refund in accordance with the following policy.
- All original swing tags and labels must remain attached to apparel
- Items must be unworn, unsoiled and returned in original condition
- No item(s) that have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)
- Return must include original invoice and Returns Form, including a reference number obtained by our Customer Service
- The postage fees are to be covered by buyer, we strongly recommend registered post as we can’t refund or issue credit notes for lost items.
- Contact Us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a reference number, advise us of your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return
- Complete returns form accordingly and include with your return

- We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on sale items, except when the item is faulty. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
- Refunds are given on full priced garments only, this does not include any associated shipping charges from the original purchase or return.
Sale items/discounted promotional items are final and cannot not be returned, refunded or exchanged other than in them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment. After the 14-day return period, any items returned or are in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks and tan marks, will not be accepted for return. Roar Republic reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
Once received, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or PayPal account that was used for the original transaction. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
Please ensure you post back your return using a trackable service as Roar Republic cannot be held liable for any lost/stolen packages. It is very important to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived to us safely! Roar Republic does not cover any postage costs associated with domestic or international returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer. If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.
