Free Express Shipping within Australia Wide for orders over $100
Orders are shipped on Monday through to Saturday within Australia using Australia Post.
Goods will be delivered by Australia Post – Express Post. Deliveries to metropolitan address are normally 1-4 days, please allow up to a week for deliveries to regional areas. Roar Republic will not take responsibility for orders requested to be left unattended.
Within New Zealand
A flat rate of $20.00 will be charged on all orders to New Zealand. Deliveries are made through our nominated courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to except delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date. All freight charges are stated in Australian dollars and don not include New Zealand duties or custom charge.
A flat Fee of $40.00 will be charged on all international orders (except New Zealand). Deliveries are made through our nominated international courier and require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to except delivery of the goods a notice will be left to arrange re-delivery at a more suitable date, please ensure that you include a daytime contact number so arrangements can be made. In the event that a customer cannot be contacted within a period of 10 days to arrange delivery, goods will be shipped back to Roar Republic with the order refunded back to the customer minus and re-shipping costs.
All prices are in Australian dollars (or are a direct conversion of AUD) and do not include any overseas duties, taxes or other custom charges. Any additional duties and taxes imposed by the country being shipped to are the responsibility of the customer, these payments will be charged by the freight / customs agency on delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email advising your tracking number to track the progress of your delivery. Notification emails are automatically sent on the evening of the day of your order is dispatched.
Roar Republic isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for faults or damage and must notify our Customer Service as soon as possible.
